I am an Information Technologist by day, photography enthusiast by night. I never leave home without a few of my cameras in my bag ranging from my iPhone, to point and shoot, to mirrorless to DSLR. Since January 1, 2013 I have been challenging myself with a “365 days” project, whereby I take at least one photograph in every 24 hour period. Some are art, some are humorous, some are snapshots. Many represent my day in some way. I particularly enjoy macro and close up photography, experimenting with different styles and techniques, and the usual sunset, flower, cat, landscape photography. I have taken an interest in portrait photography, both with available light and multi-light strobist photos. And my most recent interest is in abstract photography, inspired by the German photographer Thomas Wunsch. - Fuat Baran
