KRVC is proud of the role we played in bringing the new Van Cortlandt Park Ice Rink to our community. We worked closely with the Van Cortlandt Park Conservancy to demonstrate the community's support for the rink. KRVC collected more than 400 postcards from community members expressing their support for the rink. The Daily News reporter was very interested in filming the cards and interviewing our representatives, including KRVC's Executive Director, Tracy Shelton, and Board Member, Cliff Stanton (both pictured below), about the role we played in bringing the ice rink to the Riverdale/Kingsbridge community.
