All our sponsors are invited and encouraged to participate in this event!! Please contact us to confirm your participation and to let us know any specific needs you may have for your exhibit. Most sponsorship packages include a table and two chairs and some include a tent. Please put in your requests ASAP if you have not done so already.
On Sunday, September 20th, organizers will arrive at 8 am to start setting up. If you can help with general set up, then come at that time. Otherwise, please plan to arrive at 10:30-11 am in time to have your exhibit set up by noon. Please arrive on the 259th end of Riverdale Avenue (the stage will be set up on the 258th Street). Note: If you have a lot of material to drop and need to drive onto block to unload, please do this before 10am. You may drop items off and then return later to set them up but cars will be restricted from driving onto the block after 10am even if just to unload.
If you have not paid for your sponsorship/participation—take your cash or check payable to KRVC to Shari Hall at the KRVC Festival Table or you can pay now via credit card on our donate page.

The sponsor tables will be set up on the eastern sidewalk between Subway and Madisons and also on the street. Tables will be marked with signs and staff will be there to help you locate your space.
