One of the main goals of KRVC's multi-faceted Greenway Campaign, Build It Now, is to support our community leaders in their quest to bring a Greenway to Riverdale. To that end, we will build awareness in our community about the Greenway and show that our community is solidly behind the project and how it will benefit our community recreationally and economically. Our campaign will include building a list of Greenway endorsers and supporters including community members, leaders, organizations, institutions, businesses, etc. We look forward to working with all stakeholders, overcoming all obstacles and making the dream of a Greenway a reality for Riverdale.
The materials below include a letter KRVC recently sent to our elected officials to echo Community Board 8's request for resources to further the project and also the materials we are using to build awareness of the Greenway and to build up a list of endorsers of the project.
